An established independent M&A; advisory firm in Madrid is looking to add an Associate to its team.The firm advises shareholders, management teams, private equity investors and corporates across a range of M&A; transactions, with a focus on the Spanish mid-market.The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and take meaningful responsibility across the transaction process, from initial analysis through execution and closing.Key responsibilitiesSupporting and leading workstreams across buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactionsBuilding and reviewing financial models and valuation analysesPreparing teasers, information memoranda, presentations and other transaction materialsConducting company, industry and market analysisSupporting due diligence processes and coordinating information flowsParticipating in management and client interactionsWorking with senior team members throughout the execution processSupporting transaction documentation and other closing-related activities
