An iGaming business is looking for an experiencedHead of Fraudto lead its fraud, KYC, AML and Responsible Gambling functions.This is a hands-on, commercially focused leadership role, particularly suited to someone with strongcrypto and iGaming experiencewho understands the behaviour of crypto-native players.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall fraud prevention, detection and investigation strategy.Monitor and manage risksOversee crypto transactions, withdrawals, walletsLead risk-based KYC and support the ongoing AML framework alongside the MLRO.Oversee Responsible Gambling controls and intervention processes.Work closely with Product, Marketing, VIP and Customer SupportBuild, manage and develop the Fraud teamAbout You6+ years' experience in fraud leadership, ideally within iGaming, crypto or fintech.Strong, genuine understanding ofcryptoProven experience leading fraud detection, prevention and investigations.Good knowledge ofKYC, AML and Responsible Gambling .Commercially minded,Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and partnering directly with senior leadership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
