At NTT DATA, we are looking for a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer to join an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) team supporting a large-scale European organization. The role will focus on the development, customization and technical evolution of SailPoint IdentityIQ, working closely with IGA experts and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop new functionalities and enhancements in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
Develop and maintain workflows, rules and custom components using Java and BeanShell.
Develop and adapt connectors and integrations with target systems.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot complex IIQ issues and support the operations team in resolving development-related incidents.
Support deployments, releases, testing and technical validation.
Contribute to automation, CI/CD and continuous improvement of the IGA platform.
Maintain technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities.

Requirements:

Hands‑on experience with SailPoint development and customization.




Java and BeanShell skills.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of Linux environments.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Understanding of IGA concepts such as identity lifecycle, provisioning, roles, entitlements and access certifications.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
SailPoint certification.
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Entra ID or other enterprise applications.
Experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments.
