Experteer Overview
As an Engineering Team Lead at Factorial, you will remain deeply engaged in coding while guiding a small team (4-7 engineers) to own a product area end-to-end. You’ll review PRs, pair on tough problems, and ship features hands-on, all while mentoring and supporting growth through 1:1s. The role sits at a pivotal moment as AI-native workflows reshape how our software works, requiring hands-on leadership to design and build with AI at the core. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to deliver real value and drive the shift to AI-powered product development.

Responsabilidades
• Led a small team or acted as a Technical Team Lead (formal or informal)
• Mentored engineers and enjoyed the mentoring experience
• Hands-on problem-solver who prefers collaborative approaches
• Strong full-stack production software experience
• Regular coding activity and desire to continue coding
• Designs APIs (REST, GraphQL) and builds integrations
• Experience addressing scalability, performance, and quality in production
• Able to quickly understand unfamiliar codebases
• Business-minded with ability to connect technical decisions to customer outcomes
• Willingness to ship iteratively, balancing speed and quality
• Experience with AI-powered features or workflows is a plus
• Clear communicator capable of Socratic, solution-focused discussions
