Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Finance department, you will be a part of KLG’s Barcelona-based accounting team, providing accounting support to the Accountant Manager.Main responsibilities include:Review of invoices on BaswareInvoice allocations per reportsProvide assistance in preparing shared services recharges monthly and issue invoices to related partiesProvide assistance in processing invoices from related partiesProvide support with intercompany reconciliationsControl of Credit cards expenses claims as well as the related monthly accruals.Provide assistance with fixed asset register and depreciationProvide assistance with prepaymentsProvide assistance with accrualsProvide assistance with balance sheet (suspense clear up, payables balance reviews,



etc)Providing ad-hoc support when required by senior members of the teamQualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably inclusive of accounting modules3-4 years of Accounting experience, some knowledge in BS & P&LPrevious experience working for large corporationSkills and competenciesIntermediate Excel knowledge (V Lookups, pivot tables, formatting of data…)Strong customer service ethos and high attention to detailSystematic and organised approachStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to process high volumes of work, to deadlines with minimal supervisionQuick to pick up and apply knowledgeHigh level of initiative, self-motivation and driveReliable with a versátil attitudeWilling to learn and progress in account#J-18808-Ljbffr
