Working alongside the Facilities Specialist, you will gain hands-on experience in maintenance management, supplier coordination, store operations, and retail facilities projects within an international environment.Whether you are a Portuguese speaker already living in Madrid, a candidate based in Portugal interested in relocating, or a Spanish speaker with strong Portuguese language skills, we would love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the management of preventive and corrective maintenance across retail stores.Assist in supplier coordination, quotation reviews, and service quality control.Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests, incidents, and internal tickets.Collaborate on store improvement projects, including facilities, equipment, and energy efficiency initiatives.Prepare and update reports related to maintenance costs, OPEX,
