The role combinescontract management, financial follow-up, reporting and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and deadlines.English is the working language, so you will use it daily in meetings, documentation and communication with international stakeholders.What will you do?Manage and monitor several active contracts, ensuring that keymilestones, deliverables, deadlines and contractual obligationsare properly followed up.Prepare and reviewcontractual, financial and supporting documentationthroughout the contract lifecycle.Support the preparation and implementation ofnew contracts, amendments, extensions and other contractual changes .Analyse financial information, includingcash flow, payment forecasts, cost estimates and cost-impact assessments .Monitor invoices, payments and contractual financial commitments, identifying discrepancies and following up on their resolution.Maintain accurateplanning,



financial and reporting informationacross contracts.Coordinate contract-related meetings, prepare minutes and ensure effective follow-up of agreed actions.Ensure contractual information and documentation areconsistent, traceable and audit-ready .Coordinate contractual activities and reporting with multiple stakeholders across different teams and countries.Identify potential issues, priorities and risks and coordinate the appropriate follow-up with the relevant stakeholders.What are we looking for?University degree inEconomics, Business Administration, Auditing, Law, Engineering, Constructionor a related discipline.At least10 years of professional experiencein contract management, procurement or related contractual functions.Proven experience managingcontractual and financial informationin complex or structured environments.Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, particularly Excel .Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with financial data, planning and reporting.Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to managemultiple contracts and competing deadlines .Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across different teams.Experience inpublic procurement,
