Experteer Overview
As Strategy Analyst for the German Market, you will drive the growth of Factorial's Partner business by designing scalable strategic initiatives and processes. You will translate data insights into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functionally, and implement AI-enabled ideas to accelerate partnerships. You’ll own partner performance reporting to leadership and help shape GTM actions for the partner motion. This role offers the chance to impact a fast-growing, multicultural tech scale-up focused on AI-enabled business management.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering




• 2-3 years in Strategy Consulting / Investment Banking / Startup / VC
• Strong interest in tech scale-ups and SaaS business models
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect and interpret data
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to meet deadlines under shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage stakeholders
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience a plus
• Fluent in English and German
• French, Italian or Spanish is a nice to have
