On behalf of a leading international manufacturing group in the FMCG/Industrial sector, Randstad is currently seeking a Safety & Prevention Culture Specialist for its manufacturing facility located in the Gipuzkoa area.Role Purpose:Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and dotted-line to the Corporate Health & Safety Direction, your primary focus will not be administrative or environmental paperwork, but leading and driving a safety culture transformation ("Zero Accidents") across the plant.You will actively promote safety leadership, shop-floor presence (Gemba mindset), and behavior-based safety across all levels of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Drive Safety Culture Transformation: Engage and empower plant management, supervisors, and operators to build a continuous "Safety First" mindset (Safety Leadership).Shop-Floor Management (Gemba Focus): Implement behavior-based safety audits, conduct root-cause analysis for incidents, and carry out active risk assessments on the shop floor.Training & Coaching: Design and lead training plans focused on risk perception, safety behaviors, and hazard identification for factory teams.Compliance & Audits:



Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, coordinate internal/external safety audits, and oversee contractor safety activities (CAE).Corporate Collaboration: Partner with global health and safety teams to align plant practices with group standards, tracking safety KPIs and sharing key learnings.Candidate Profile & Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in safety management and driving safety culture change within industrial or plant manufacturingEducation: University Degree (Engineering background preferred) + Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) (preferably all 3 specialties).Key Skills: Strong influence without direct authority, execution-focused, analytical, excellent communicator, and comfortable working hands-on in process/automatedregular reporting and collaboration with corporate integral teams.What We Offer:Direct and permanent contract with a top international group.High-visibility strategic position with direct influence on plant culture and corporate projects.Competitive salary package based on professional experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
