We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused German speaker with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in sales. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential. Experience in customer service, account management, retail, recruitment, e-commerce or other customer-facing environments can also be highly relevant. As An Inside Sales, You Will * Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clients * Present our products and solutions, understanding each client's needs * Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients * Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce) * Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience * Once inbound flow is under control, dedicate part of your time to outbound prospecting to further grow the DACH market You Will Perform If You Have The Following * Native or fluent German, good level of English * 2+ years of experience in sales,
