Experteer Overview
As a Staff Engineer in our Infrastructure team, you will own the reliability and scalability of Factorial’s 24/7 platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to guide best practices, drive impactful initiatives, and mentor junior engineers. You will tackle complex, product-centric problems that affect engineers and customers, shaping how the platform evolves. This role offers the chance to influence architecture and incident response at scale, in a company that values rapid learning and collaboration.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of Software/Systems Engineering experience
• 5+ years as Cloud SRE
• Hands-on with IaC (Terraform or Ansible)
• Observability experience (Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry)
• Proficiency with AWS or Azure
• Ability to debug Kubernetes clusters
• Experience managing large MySQL clusters with HA
• Strong problem decomposition and mentoring mindset
• Professional English communication
