We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives across Iberia and Latam. You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, timelines, budget, quality standards and governance requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closureDefine and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project executionManage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting to management and governance bodiesEnsure compliance with project management standards, governance processes and organizational policiesDrive proactive risk management, issue resolution and decision-makingMonitor project financials and support benefits realizationRequirements5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environmentsFluent Spanish and good English levelProven experience managing project scope, budget, risks, timelines and stakeholdersStrong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in multicultural and international environmentsNice to haveExperience with SAP systemsProject Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalentExperience working in matrix organizations and large-scale transformation programsWhat we offer?Hybrid work model,
