We are seeking an experienced Spa Stewardess to join the interior team aboard a busy, well-established 80m private and charter motor yacht.
This is a varied, hands-on position combining professional massage treatments, guest service and housekeeping. We are looking for a confident, versatile individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and is equally happy contributing to all areas of the interior department.
The Adecuado Candidate

Strong professional massage skills and proven spa experience.
Solid experience in both yacht service and housekeeping.
Confident, adaptable and comfortable working in a busy, high-standard environment.
A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail.




A genuine team player who leads with kindness, professionalism and respect.
Positive, emotionally mature and solution-focused, contributing to a supportive, drama-free team environment.
Eager to develop professionally, take ownership of responsibilities and demonstrate initiative.
Ideally holds a valid US B1/B2 visa.

Vessel Itinerary
The yacht is currently based in Palma de Mallorca, preparing for an Atlantic crossing at the end of October.
An exciting Caribbean season follows, including the Antigua Charter Yacht Show and a busy Christmas/New Year charter.
Following the Caribbean season, the yacht will head to the Netherlands for a major 20-year refit, offering the successful candidate exposure to a different and valuable aspect of yacht operations.
Excellent training package included.
