You will manage the analytics function by coordinating data collection, reporting, and in-depth analysis to drive informed decision-making and long-term strategic planning.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and delivertimely,accurate, and reliable daily, weekly, and monthly reportsprovidingactionable insights to stakeholders.Analyse data related to incentive targets, call volume trends, and performance metrics to inform short-term operations and long-term strategic initiatives.Compile,consolidate, and mine data from multiple contact centre sources and business units toprovidea comprehensive view of performance.Collaborate with international contact centre analysts to ensure consistency and quality of analytics output.Support workforce planning activities through forecasting and analysis tooptimizeoperational efficiency.Continuouslyidentifyopportunities to improve reporting processes and analytical models.What We OfferPermanent full-time contract (39 hours per week,
