We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to be a part of our service department at Madrid 4S dealership (BYD + DENZA). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and dealership services. Arrange test drives and ensure vehicles are in excellent condition for customer inspection.- Coordination and Follow-up:Coordinate with other departments, including service and finance, to ensure a seamless customer journey. Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain long-term relationships.- Inventory Management:Monitor and update vehicle inventory records. Ensure vehicles in the showroom and lot are clean, well-maintained,



and displayed attractively.Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data for team reviews. Prepare periodic reports to track progress towards sales targets.Qualifications:- Education: High school diploma or above. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.- Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
