Technical Services Engineer – Spanish / Italian SpeakingAbout the Role:Our client is a leading general healthcare technology company developing advanced medical imaging and clinical software used by healthcare providers around the world.They are expanding their European Technical Services team and are looking for aTechnical Services EngineerwithSpanish or Italian language skillsto help deploy, integrate and support their next generation of imaging technology within hospital and healthcare environments.This is a hands‑on technical role sitting betweenimplementation, systems integration, cloud/infrastructure and advanced technical support .You'll take ownership of getting solutions successfully deployed into customer environments, connecting them into existing healthcare IT ecosystems and troubleshooting complex technical issues once systems are live.What You'll Do:Install, configure and deploy medical imaging software within customer environmentsIntegrate solutions with healthcare systems includingPACS, DICOM and HL7Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure and connectivity issuesWork extensively withLinux, command-line tools, logs and scriptingto diagnose problemsSupport cloud-based and on‑premise deploymentsWork directly with hospital IT, PACS and imaging teams throughout implementation and supportOwn technical issues through investigation, escalation and resolution rather than operating as traditional first‑line supportCollaborate with Engineering, Product and other technical teams to resolve more complex problemsDocument deployments,



technical configurations and troubleshooting processesHelp improve implementation and support processes as the technology continues to scale across EuropeIdeal Candidate Qualifications:Strong technical background withinsoftware implementation, deployment, systems engineering or technical supportHands‑on experience working withLinux environmentsComfortable troubleshooting using thecommand line, system/application logs and scriptingExperience deploying or supporting software within complex customer environmentsKnowledge of networking, infrastructure and application troubleshootingExperience withcloud‑based systems or SaaS environmentsStrong customer‑facing skills and the ability to manage technical issues directly with customer IT teamsAble to independently investigate complex problems and drive them through to resolutionHighly Desirable:Experience withinhealthcare IT, medical imaging or radiology technologyKnowledge ofDICOM and HL7Experience working withPACS / RIS environmentsExposure to medical imaging workflows or clinical softwareExperience with containers, scripting or modern cloud infrastructureThis is a remote‑focused position within the European Technical Services organisation, working closely with customers and internal technical teams across the region.The team is particularly interested in candidates who can support customers inSpanish‑or Italian‑speaking markets .You'll be joining a growing technical organisation working on modern medical imaging technology, with the opportunity to combinehands‑on engineering, customer interaction and healthcare systems integrationrather than sitting within a traditional helpdesk environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
