You are a versatile and autonomous Software Packager who enjoys solving technical challenges. You combine strong packaging expertise with a practical, customer-focused mindset and can efficiently troubleshoot, automate, and deliver reliable software deployment solutions.Tasks:- Receive, analyze, and manage software packaging requests from start to finish: registration, package creation, testing, delivery, deployment, and post-implementation support.- Coordinate with IT and business teams to understand needs, define optimal solutions, and prioritize tasks.- Create, customize, and maintain complex software packages (MSI, MSIX, Intunewin, etc.), ensuring compatibility and compliance with corporate standards.- Use software packaging tools (e.G., Orca).- Manage software deployment to corporate devices via MS SCCM/Intune.- Automate service processes using scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, PSADT).- Document processes, incidents, and solutions, as well as propose continuous improvements in the packaging workflow.- Monitor SLAs and provide periodic reporting on the status of requests and incidents.- Provide third-level support for incidents related to software packaging and distribution.- Participate in cross-functional projects and ad-hoc tasks related to the service.MUSTs Service Requirements- Experience in software packaging and application deployment in enterprise environments.- Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting, including PSADT.- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and Intune.- Familiarity with packaging tools such as Orca.- Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot installation issues, and resolve problems independently.- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.- Experience working directly with internal and external customers.- Knowledge of SQL and general IT infrastructure concepts.- Experience working in Agile, ITIL, or similar environments.- English level B2+.NICE TO HAVE Service Requirements- Experience improving or integrating packaging processes.- Knowledge of MongoDB, APIs, or development practices.- Exposure to Ansible or other automation/DevOps tools.- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in software packaging and deployment.- Experience managing multiple packaging requests simultaneously.SCHEDULE :- 08h-17h from Monday to Friday (flexible)- 2 days work on siteCONDITIONS :- Salary package based on your profile.- Ticket restaurant included in-office hours.- Adaptable compensation plan (free of income tax) where we provide you with medical insurance, public transport ticket and childcare check.- Discounts in gym network.- Training catalogue.Our goal is that you are well in every way!#J-18808-Ljbffr
