Role Description

We are hiring a Cryptocurrency Trader to support digital asset research, trading strategy, execution, and portfolio monitoring. This remote, Spain-based role focuses on evaluating market opportunities and managing exposure through disciplined analysis and established risk controls.

Responsibilities

- Analyze cryptocurrency markets, liquidity, volatility, and price trends.
- Develop trading recommendations with defined entry, exit, and position-sizing criteria.
- Execute approved trades through designated organizational accounts within established limits.
- Monitor positions, transaction costs,



portfolio exposure, and performance.
- Research market developments and on-chain activity relevant to trading strategies.
- Prepare trade reviews, maintain accurate records, and escalated execution issues or risk-limit breaches.

Qualifications

- Experience in cryptocurrency trading, investment research, or financial markets.
- Strong understanding of order types, liquidity, position sizing, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, and centralized and decentralized exchanges.
- Strong analytical, communication, and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to work independently while following documented trading procedures.
- Based in Spain and legally authorized to work in Spain.

Preferred Background

- Experience with a trading firm, asset manager, fintech company, or digital asset business.
- Familiarity with TradingView, DefiLlama, Dune, Excel, Python, or SQL.
- Understanding of on-chain analytics, backtesting, and portfolio allocation.

Compensation

€75,000 - €90,000 gross per year, depending on experience and responsibilities.
