This role involves operation, coordinating logistics, managing client relationships, working with suppliers and overseeing on-site production, with a strong focus on customer service and innovative solutions.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinate and manage exhibitor and sponsor operations, both onsite and virtual.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and orders.- Oversee technical and operational aspects, working closely with suppliers and the internal project team.- Collaborate with clients on booth setup, design, and production logistics.- Work with suppliers on congress production, including booth construction, A/V, IT,
