Both the owner & Captain support crew wellbeing, there is a crew gym onboard & crew have access to the owners gym, when they are not onboard. This will be a 'home away from home' for the owner, so crew harmony is crucial, especially with such a long crossing & visiting remote locations.You will have at least 4+ years as a Purser, on a similar sized yacht - this is not for someone looking to 'step up' from Chief Stewardess into this role. You will of come from a corporate background prior to yachting & have this skillset, mindset & working attitude with the owner & his team. No Chief Stewardess experience required.
