A 360° role where you'll combine HR operations, recruitment, and day-to-day office management at our Barcelona office.Your missionYou will be the go-to HR person at our Barcelona office: someone resourceful, approachable, and organized who supports teams throughout the full employee lifecycle and ensures the office runs smoothly. Your role blends the strategic with the operational — from attracting talent to ensuring legal compliance and a great day-to-day work environment.Day-to-day responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different profiles and teams.- Prepare and review employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and Social Security registrations.- Coordinate and deliver the onboarding program for new joiners in Barcelona.- Act as the main HR point of contact for local employees and their day-to-day queries.- Monitor Spanish labor regulations and ensure compliance across people processes.- Liaise with external labor advisors or legal counsel on payroll and contract matters.- Manage the operational needs of the office: spaces, vendors, supplies,
