Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Swedish speaking Sales Representative to join their offices in Valencia.Your Role- Engage with private and business customers by phone and email- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services- Confidently guide customers toward the best solutions and close deals with enthusiasm- Follow up on warm leads—no cold calling required- Quickly assess client needs and offer tailored recommendations- Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback to support continuous improvement- Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers.Your Qualifications- Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)- Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality- Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets- Previous sales experience is an advantage,
