You willjoin an international team distributed across Spain, Poland, Greece, and Germany, playing a key role in supporting procurement operations for our renewable energy construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain good working relationships with construction vendors, negotiating favorable terms and pricing agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service deliveryProcurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's service and operational objectives, ensuring the timely availability of necessary services while minimizing costs and risksContract Negotiation: Conduct contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and Master Agreements,



while ensuring compliance with company policies and standardsCompliance and Risk Management: Keep current on regulatory requirements, maintain compliance, and address risks tied to vendor relationships and contractual obligationsProcess Optimization: Continuously review and refine procurement workflows to enhance operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and uphold best practices.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience: Demonstrated procurement experience in the renewable energy, construction, or technical sectorsIndustry Knowledge: Familiarity with wind energy supply chains, sourcing strategies, and contract execution.Core CompetenciesProcurement & Negotiation: Effective contract management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management skills to optimize costs without sacrificing qualityCommunication & Stake
