Experteer Overview
In this role you shape and scale strategic product areas at Factorial, owning go-to-market strategies for new launches and guiding cross-functional alignment. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Marketing and Brand to drive impact, ROI and growth across our expanding portfolio. The role combines strategic and hands-on work, offering exposure to international markets and opportunities to influence pricing, positioning and messaging. This is a mission-driven role where your ideas and leadership help transform how we bring products to customers.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own GTM strategies for new product launches, from concept to forecasting impact
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Partners and agencies to align launch plans and timelines
• Drive project management for GTM campaigns to meet deadlines and achieve business results
• Ensure brand-consistent, accurate messaging across ads, freebies, reports and product positioning
• Conduct competitive and customer research through interviews, surveys and data analysis
• Create product assets and sales materials (pitch decks, landing pages, battlecards)
• Collaborate with product teams on roadmaps using market and customer insights
• Facilitate internal product trainings with Presales for value, use cases and differentiators
• Produce public product updates changelog for clients




• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and inform product strategy
• Develop marketing briefs and scripts for product presentations and videos
• Work with Brand on product assets, including videos and motions
• Define pricing and packaging proposals with Product for new and existing products
• Gather customer stories and case studies with Customer Marketing to reinforce narratives
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across the day-to-day

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in SaaS Product Marketing (ideally B2B) with proven product launches
• Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder projects and GTM campaigns
• Business-driven with ability to analyze data for growth opportunities
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities
• Versatile, generalist with product, marketing and business skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs
• Expertise in competitive intelligence and voice of the customer
• Curious, adaptable, proactive mindset
• Fluency in English plus one of French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese (native or C2)
