As Engineering Manager at Factorial, you combine hands-on leadership with deep technical engagement to ship AI-driven workflows that transform how customers run their business. You mentor engineers, drive cross-team collaboration, and help design scalable AI-enabled architecture. You’ll lead by example, fostering experimentation and responsible AI delivery, while aligning technical decisions with business outcomes. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and grow engineering teams, including hiring and performance development
• Draft roadmaps with business context and align with cross-functional stakeholders
• Review RFCs, provide feedback, and ensure effective delivery
• Coordinate initiatives across teams and contribute to shared platform foundations
• Lead the shift to AI-native product development and set the example for safe, auditable AI workflows




• Conduct regular 1:1s to support team development and well-being
• Collaborate with other engineering managers on cross-team programs
• Contribute to architecture discussions for scalable APIs and integrations

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer or similar role
• 3+ years leading engineering teams
• Strong API design experience (REST, GraphQL) and building integrations
• Understanding of scalability, performance, and quality in production
• Experience contributing to AI-powered features or workflows to production
• Ability to navigate business context and connect technical decisions to outcomes
