Start: asap We are working with a leading international technology and e-commerce company to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Service Sales Representatives in Barcelona or Valencia. The role combines customer service with a commercial and sales-focused approach, supporting customers throughout their buying journey while identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and maximise sales. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support Dutch-speaking customers with product and order-related enquiries * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions * Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where relevant * Provide professional customer service across the required communication channels * Support customers throughout the purchasing process * Work towards individual and team sales and service targets * Maintain accurate customer and sales information within internal systems * Deliver a positive and professional representation of the brand. REQUIREMENTS: * Fluent/native-level Dutch * Strong communication and customer service skills * Commercial mindset and comfortable working towards sales targets * Confident speaking with customers and recommending products * Motivated, positive and results-focused * Able to work from Barcelona or Valencia * Previous customer service, retail, telesales or inside sales experience is advantageous.
