At least 8 years of professional experience in construction project management and/or as site manager in the residential (detached houses) and/ or hospitality sector is required. Thereof a minimum of 5 years managing absolute high-end projects is required. You must be able to manage high-end projects independently during the later phase of the planning process (design development/ proyecto de ejecución), tendering and construction processes as well as close-out and hand-over. * Participate in the design phase and construction details with the design team. * Manage quantity take-offs, budgets and tenders during the planning phase. * Check change orders, progress certificates and final accounts to ensure we respect our client budget. * Carry out site management and quality control, costs review and schedule together with the project supervision team (architect and aparejador). * Keep up to date with new materials and construction techniques. * Manage permitti
