REGIONAL PROCUREMENT SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to the South Luzon Procurement Manager and will be responsible and accountable for procurement of PR requirements as assigned.
Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for various materials, equipment, consumables, rentals, services, and small civil works within the established procurement guidelines and procedures;
Monitors compliance with the POD Procedure Manual, PO/contract terms and conditions, applicable policies and maintains an effective filing system of records;
Provides support to Systems and Standards Division in the Vendor Database Build-Up; and
Ensures activities are fully compliant with NGCP safety/quality standards.
Requirements:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Preferably with one(1)



year work experience related to procurement activities
Knowledgeable in SAP and MS Office
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Good negotiation skills
