BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious, growth-focused iGaming business to appoint a Business Development Director . This is a senior, fully remote role at the centre of the company's commercial expansion. You'll open new markets, land strategic partnerships and shape the next phase of growth for a business that's investing seriously in its future.

You'll own the business development strategy end to end, from identifying high-value opportunities and building a strong pipeline through to negotiating and closing deals that move the needle. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll have real influence over commercial direction. It would suit a well-networked iGaming dealmaker who thrives on autonomy and wants a strategic seat at the table.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and deliver the business development strategy across new and existing markets
- Identify, negotiate and close strategic partnerships and commercial deals




- Build and manage a robust pipeline, forecasting revenue against ambitious targets
- Represent the business at industry events and with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, marketing and compliance to bring partnerships to market
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to spot new growth opportunities
- Proven senior business development experience within iGaming or sports betting
- An established network across operators, suppliers and affiliates
- A strong track record of closing high-value B2B deals
- Solid understanding of regulated markets and licensing landscapes
- Confident negotiator and communicator at C-suite level
- Self-motivated and comfortable leading in a remote-first environment
