Experteer Overview As a Product Engineer in Factorial’s AI-driven Talent Domain, you build and scale AI-powered tools for recruitment, performance, engagement, and training. You’ll shape agentic workflows and LLМ-integrated features that help managers nurture and develop their people. You’ll own design decisions, balance model complexity with reliability, and drive end-to-end experimentation.
