Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You extract patterns from brands and reference sites to produce tokens, variables, modes, and core components for scalable pipelines. You will ship robust component libraries, document systems for developers, and work across multiple brands with the same rigorous standards. This is a senior, systems-first role with remote options from Latin America.
