NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) for remote, region-based support. You will identify and resolve technical incidents, drive incidents to resolution, and ensure zero SLA misses by following established procedures and using service assurance tools. You will work with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba technologies, perform maintenance tasks, log and document incidents, and coordinate with clients and vendors to maintain service continuity.
