GitLab is seeking an experienced leader to manage and grow our EMEA Deal Desk team. This remote role supports our rapidly expanding multi-country sales organization across Europe and collaborates with general policy. We're looking for a leader to own end-to-end Deal Desk and Order Management in EMEA, including hiring, enablement, SLAs, and pricing discipline while guiding Sales leadership with data-driven insights and scalable processes for complex, strategic transactions.
