We're looking for a Workday Analyst - Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and other Colleague Resources systems. This role is central to ensuring system reliability, data integrity, security, and business process efficiency while helping teams maximise the value of Workday.

You’ll manage Workday configuration across applications, optimise business processes, investigate technical and functional issues, and support releases, reporting, integrations,



and system enhancements. Working with international HRIS, HR, Total Rewards, IT, business teams, and external vendors, you’ll translate organisational needs into practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the HRIS team with the day-to-day BAU responsibilities and maintenance of Workday across multiple functional areas.

Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements, process improvements, and system changes.

Investigate technical issues, unexpected results, and process weaknesses, identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions or alternative approaches.

Monitor and manage the Workday inbox, helping to identify, investigate, and resolve business process events, tasks, and exceptions.
