HR

area from a business perspective. Ideal profile: student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics or similar,



with an interest in applying data analysis and reporting tools to the people function. We value analytical skills, attention to detail, curiosity to understand trends and metrics, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, international environment. Organization & Reporting Area :

Development of

Power BI

dashboards and HR data analysis Preparation of department reports and KPIs Management and maintenance of databases Advanced reporting and process automation Cross-functional administrative support to the HR team Nice to have - experience with Snowflake People Analytics & Business Insights Area
