You will own the learning roadmap, curate content, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive learning at scale. You'll manage the e‑learning platform and analytics, build journeys, and ensure governance across departments while partnering with FP&A; and procurement. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; remote-friendly with on-site Madrid base.
