Your core responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial nursing assessments for incoming residents as well as scheduled periodic check-ups.

Accurately preparing and administering prescribed medications in line with medical directives.

Providing compassionate palliative care, including the administration of pain relief and palliative medications.

Validating and updating individual care, nutritional, and pharmaceutical plans alongside the interdisciplinary team.

Keeping resident medical records up to date with clear notes on health evolution and clinical directives.

Offering moral and psychological support to residents and answering questions from their family members.





Supervising auxiliary care personnel following guidelines established by the multidisciplinary team.

Performing INR coagulation tests (Sintrom monitoring) and adjusting doses as prescribed by the supervising physician.

What you bring to the team:

A completed university degree in Nursing (Diplomatura or Grado en Enfermería).

No prior work experience is required (0 months experience needed; recent graduates are welcome to apply).

No specialized geriatric nursing degree is needed, as a general registered nurse qualification is completely sufficient.

A dedicated, empathetic, and responsible attitude toward elder care.

Readiness to work rotating shifts covering both daytime and nighttime schedules.

What the position offers:

A permanent contract (contrato fijo) on a full-time schedule.

A gross annual salary of 29,000 EUR, paid out in 12 monthly installments.

Rotating 12-hour shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night periods (08:00 to 20:00 or 20:00 to 08:00).
