Remote, based in Europe

Mission Possible Partnership (MPP) is an independent non-profit advancing global clean industry transformation, working with some of the most energy-intensive industries to cut their integral GHG emissions. We are ~40 people, fully remote and international.

The ideal candidate will own the full scope of Human Resources for the organisation and partner with the leadership team on strategic initiatives. Working part-time (50–60%), they will maintain and enhance MPP's human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating HR policies, programs and practices across our US and European entities and our Employer of Record platform.

Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new hires

Manage HR operations across multiple countries, contracts, payroll coordination, benefits and compliance, working with our EOR platform

Conduct the performance and feedback cycle,



and train and support managers on people matters

Safeguard and develop MPP's culture of care across a fully remote, international team

Support development plans, talent reviews and succession planning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

6+ years' experience in Human Resources, including responsibility for an HR function in an international organisation

Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition

Experience with multi-country employment; familiarity with EOR platforms an asset

Strong organisational, critical thinking and communication skills; attention to detail and good judgement

Fluent English; personal commitment to our climate mission
