Meraki Talent is supporting a leading professional services firm in Spain as they look to appoint an Audit Director to join their expanding audit practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit professional to step into a strategic leadership role, managing a significant client portfolio while driving business growth, developing teams, and working closely with Partners on the firm's long-term vision.

The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of a large and diverse client portfolio, leading audit engagements at a strategic level while ensuring the highest standards of audit quality and compliance.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, while also playing a key role in business development and winning new work. Internally, you will lead and mentor senior team members, helping to shape and grow a high-performing audit function.

As a successful candidate, you will:
• Be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• Have 10+ years of external audit experience within a professional services firm
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP




• Have proven experience managing large client portfolios and leading teams
• Be fluent in Spanish and English
• Hold full EU rights to work
