Experteer Overview

As a Staff Engineer in our Infrastructure team, you will own the reliability and scalability of Factorial’s 24/7 platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to guide best practices, drive impactful initiatives, and mentor junior engineers.

You will tackle complex, product-centric problems that affect engineers and customers, shaping how the platform evolves. This role offers the chance to influence architecture and incident response at scale, in a company that values rapid learning and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years of Software/Systems Engineering experience
- 5+ years as Cloud SRE
- Hands-on with IaC (Terraform or Ansible)
- Observability experience (Datadog, Grafana, or Open Telemetry)
- Proficiency with AWS or Azure
- Ability to debug Kubernetes clusters
- Experience managing large MySQL clusters with HA
- Strong problem decomposition and mentoring mindset
- Professional English communication
