The role

We are looking for someone who will run our Operations as if it were their own business.

At Puromenu Premium Foods, part of The Nutriment Company, we are looking for a Head of Operations with an entrepreneurial streak. You are hands-on and get things done. You work independently, think ahead, question how we do things and take ownership from start to finish, so that our operation reaches its next level of growth, efficiency and innovation.

You will need to speak professional English to work with our international teams across The Nutriment Company.

Your mission

You will have end-to-end responsibility for:

- Production
- Warehouse
- Production and demand planning
- Purchasing, materials and suppliers
- Machinery, capacity and production flows
- Efficiency and continuous improvement
- Innovation,



improvement and CAPEX projects
- Industrialisation of new products and processes

You will lead the Warehouse and the Planning & Procurement directly. The wider operations team is around 17 people, and it's growing.

Who we are looking for

Ideally you are working today as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager or Head of Production, and you are ready for the next step.

You will need hands-on experience in industrial production, planning, machinery and production flows, team leadership, and improving productivity and costs.

You know how to turn demand, people, machines and materials into an efficient production plan. You spot bottlenecks before they happen and keep finding better ways of doing things.

Experience in food manufacturing is a big plus.

Two things really matter

- Leadership and people skills. You can bring Warehouse and Planning & Procurement together as one team, develop your people and make things happen. You also work smoothly and constructively with Sales, Marketing, Finance and HR.
- Efficiency in your DNA. You look at productivity, costs, capacity, yield, scrap, stock and processes, and you keep asking: can we do this better? We are not after someone who just tracks KPIs. We want someone who improves them.
