The Sustainability AI Leader drives the end-to-end digitalization of all sustainability processes at Electrification, deploying artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital solutions to transform sustainability reporting, planning, and decision-making across the organization.
This role is responsible for coordinating with GEV HQ and Electrification DT teams to deploy the ELEC Sustainability Long-Term Strategy (LTS) for digitalization and AI. The leader will define the technology roadmap, align priorities across business lines, and ensure seamless integration of digital capabilities into sustainability workflows.
A core deliverable of this role is achieving a 30% productivity improvement and net positive impact on cost structure by removing all administrative and non-value-added
