Experteer Overview In this role you drive partner activation, engagement, and commercial performance to fuel partner-driven pipeline in the DACH region.

You will be the go-to advisor for partner sales teams and lead enablement initiatives to accelerate joint opportunities.

You collaborate across Marketing, CX, and Partner Sales to plan demand generation and ensure smooth handovers from partners to sales.

Compensaciones / Ventajas• Own partner activation, engagement and pipeline generation within the assigned region• Serve as central advisor for partner sales teams and leadership• Deliver partner enablement sessions and regular strategic engagement• Design and execute training to equip partner sales teams with knowledge and tactics• Define pipeline generation strategies and work with AMs and sales leaders to remove blockers• Qualify partner-generated leads and ensure smooth handover to the Partner Account Executive• Coordinate with Marketing, CX,



and Partner Sales Management on demand generation plans• Engage prospects via calls, emails, social outreach, campaigns, events; schedule demos• Reactivate stalled deals to maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline
