Experteer Overview In this role you will own and grow a portfolio of Spanish-speaking customers, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to maximize value from Factorial.
You’ll engage clients consultatively, understand their goals, and identify opportunities to centralize processes within the platform.
You will work with a cross-functional team to drive product adoption, renewals, and expansion, balancing proactive account management with data-driven decisions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Grow and manage your portfolio, closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities• Identify products/features that add value for each customer• Drive adoption and centralization of processes within Factorial• Manage end-to-end expansion opportunities from need discovery to deal closure• Build strong customer relationships and understand their goals and challenges• Hold regular meetings to monitor engagement, share updates,
and uncover new needs• Ask targeted questions to unlock additional value for accounts• Act as strategic partner recommending the best Factorial solutions• Analyze portfolio to spot growth risks and opportunities• Create action plans and prioritize activities for each account• Track metrics such as adoption, expansion potential, renewals, and churn risk• Own portfolio understanding and data-driven decision-making• Address friction points early to protect retention and growth• Support cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer outcomes
Responsabilidades• 1+ year of experience managing B2B customer portfolios• Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and/or account expansion• Experience working with commercial targets and KPIs• Ability to analyze a portfolio, identify opportunities and build action plans• Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented mindset• Strong communication and ability to build trusted customer relationships• Ability to ask the right questions and provide consultative solutions• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a team• Native or professional-level Spanish and professional English
