Responsabilidades• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer or similar role• 3+ years leading engineering teams• Strong API design experience (REST, GraphQL) and building integrations• Understanding of scalability, performance, and quality in production• Experience contributing to AI-powered features or workflows to production• Ability to navigate business context and connect technical decisions to outcomes
