Experteer Overview As Senior Director of Product Design at Factorial, you will lead the IT space design strategy to turn product use into measurable business value.

You’ll shape a platform-level, AI-first system that coordinates IT, onboarding, and access across legal, payroll, talent, and finance.

You’ll frame problems in terms of business impact, guide design decisions, and own the design team and budget to move from 0 to scaled impact.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders to reduce churn, improve revenue-related outcomes, and drive the platform’s evolution.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Define and execute the IT space design strategy for a platform-level product• Build and lead a design team of 4–7 designers, managing a 3–4M budget• Frame problems around business impact and decide what to build, not only how• Collaborate with AI-first tooling and prototyping (Claude, Cursor) to test and validate concepts• Own the end-to-end design process from problem framing to live impact on metrics• Partner with product, engineering,



and business leaders to connect design decisions with revenue and churn outcomes• Drive system-level thinking, mapping value creation across stakeholders and processes• Represent design in strategic decision-making and influence product direction

Responsabilidades• 10+ years building digital products• 3+ years leading design teams• Experience using business data to shape design decisions• Experience shipping or prototyping agentic AI products• Talent development and team-building experience• Strong research and problem-framing abilities (qualitative + customer conversations + business data)• Systemic thinking and value-focused design• Excellent written and spoken English
