Experteer Overview In this role you will be the primary contact for existing customers in the Portuguese market, managing a client portfolio to boost satisfaction and retention.
You will uncover upsell opportunities, gather feedback for product improvements, and sustain long-term relationships through regular touchpoints.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and meaningful product updates.
