The Department of Managerial Decision Sciences at IESE Business School invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant professor or untenured associate professor level, starting in September 2027. The position will initially be based at IESE’s Barcelona campus.

Candidates must have completed a PhD in Decision Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field by the start of the appointment. They should demonstrate a record of, or strong potential for, excellence in research and teaching. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a rigorous and impactful research program, publish in leading academic journals, and teach in both IESE’s MBA and executive education programs.
