Business Development Manager - Spanish Market

XM TEXTILES is looking for a dynamic, ambitious and results-driven person to join as Business Development Manager for the Spanish market.

The selected candidate will play a strategic role in developing business in Spanish-speaking markets, contributing to the definition and implementation of the company's international expansion strategy.

This is an adecuado opportunity for someone who enjoys building new commercial relationships, identifying market opportunities and turning them into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

- -Identify and acquire new customers and commercial partners in the Spanish market -Identify new business opportunities, market segments and niches -Develop and implement commercial and business development strategies -Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential customers,



building strong and lasting partnerships -Prepare commercial proposals, manage negotiations and follow the process through to the closing of agreements -Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs, sharing analysis and insights with management -Represent the company at industry trade fairs, B2B events and other commercial meetings -Develop and expand the network of professional contacts -Manage the sales pipeline and continuously monitor sales opportunities -Achieve the set sales and growth targets, providing regular reports -Collaborate with internal teams, particularly production and logistics, to ensure effective and timely customer service
