The Role: You will spearhead full-cycle B2B sales targeting reputable Tech and iGaming companies in Malta. From initial prospecting and booking meetings to closing long-term partnerships, you will position our high-impact IT recruitment services to industry leaders.

What We Are Looking For

- Sales Experience: 1–3+ years in Outbound Sales, Business Development (SDR/BDR), or Account Management.
- Growth Mindset: You aren't looking for a safe 9-to-5: you want to take ownership, hit transparent targets, and fast-track your international career.
- EU passport holder and willing to relocate to Malta

Salary package grows purely on performance - Base salary with uncapped commission on top of it - make in year 1 on average €36000. Year 2 is where things start getting interesting, as the earnings progress into the €50K & 60K brackets and beyond. Ready to Build Something Great?
